Return Process

  Contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Send your return to our wellness headquarters using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
